The Oakland County Bar Association will present “Winning Through Mediation: Want the Secret Sauce?” on Thursday, Feb. 13, from 5:45 to 7:45 p.m. at the OCBA offices, 1760 South Telegraph Road, Suite 100, in Bloomfield Hills.
The program’s panelists will discuss strategies for preparing for and representing litigants during a mediation, how to ensure that a settlement is more likely, and how to get the best settlement for the client.
Panelists will include William C. Blasses of Kerr, Russell, and Weber PLC; Joseph K. Grekin of Schafer & Weiner PLLC; Retired U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Steven W. Rhodes; and moderator Daniel J. Weiner of Schafer & Weiner PLLC
Networking begins at 5:45 p.m. with the program to follow at 6 p.m.
