Cooley honors student with Great Deeds Award

Cooley Law School has honored Keith Stickley with the Student Great Deeds Award. Each year Cooley's Center for Ethics, Service and Professionalism presents the Great Deeds Award to students who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to the service of others. Nominations are received from students, staff, faculty and community leaders.

Stickley was honored for his pro bono work in the areas of bankruptcy and expungement. He volunteers at the Macomb Veterans' Treatment Court.

"Keith is the perfect example of a community servant," said Ieisha Humphrey, assistant director of Cooley's Center for Ethics, Service and Professionalism. "He has donated countless hours to helping the underserved and he has successfully argued four cases where criminal records were expunged."
