A portrait unveiling ceremony for U.S. District Judge Arthur Tarnow was held Oct. 19 in Courtroom 100 of the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in downtown Detroit. The ceremony honored Tarnow’s 20 years on the federal bench in Detroit. He was appointed in 1998 by President Bill Clinton. Tarnow’s family (above) was on hand to mark the occasion.
