Franks joins Smith Haughey

Smith Haughey announces that William H. Franks has joined the firm. Franks is a corporate law, banking/finance, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights lawyer who represents creditors in bankruptcy, workouts, and collection proceedings.

With nearly ten years of experience, Franks is active in his profession and in the community.  He has held leadership positions in the Grand Rapids Bar Association, Risk Management Association, and Humane Society of West Michigan.

Bill is licensed to practice in Michigan and Wisconsin state courts, and before the U.S. Dis-trict Courts for Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan, including bankruptcy courts. He has a BA from Univ. of Michigan and JD from University of Wisconsin Law School.
