 Lyon will chair Warner Norcross Professional Staff Committee

Heidi Lyon has been named chair of the Professional Staff Committee at Warner Norcross & Judd LLP.

Lyon, a partner who concentrates her practice in employee benefits law, will lead the 12-member Professional Staff Committee, which handles all human resource issues for the firm’s 70+ associates and paralegals, including annual reviews, policy development/implementation, training and professional development. Recognized as one of Warner’s key committees, Professional Staff plays a critical role in securing growth and future vitality of the firm.
 
Lyon focuses her practice on assisting employers and service providers with retirement plans and executive compensation issues.  She is recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Michigan Super Lawyers."
 
She is a member of Inforum (and graduate of its Executive Leadership Program), of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan Association of America.
 

Varnum’s Lundgren will serve on Arc Board of Directors

 
Varnum attorney Tim Lundgren has been elected to the Board of Directors of The Arc Kent County, a non-profit, charitable organization which advocates for the  rights and full participation of all children and adults with intellectual and other related developmental disabilities. Their mission is to “ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) are valued in order that they and their families participate fully in and contribute to their community.”
 
Lundgren is a partner in Varnum’s Environmental and Energy Practice Groups and chairs the Water Law Practice Group. He is currently involved in forming a Mining and Minerals Association in Michigan.
