Rhoades McKee names two new practice leaders

Rhoades McKee has named   Jon Siebers as chair of the firm’s Business Practice Group and Pam Cross as chair of the Estate Planning and Trust Administration Team.  

Jon Siebers joined Rhoades McKee in 2015. He is a corporate attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and advising middle market and small companies as outside general counsel, experienced with finance, securities, and real estate law. Siebers was the first attorney in Michigan to become a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor through the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors. He has been named to Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers lists, as a Top Lawyer by Grand Rapids Magazine (Mergers and Acqui-sitions Law), and honored as a Distinguished Affiliate with the Commercial Alliance of Realtors. Siebers currently serves on the Boards of ACG Western Michigan, the Michigan Business Brokers Association, and Kids Food Basket.  He is a graduate of Hope College and Indiana University School of Law.

With over 20 years of experience in estate planning and probate, Pam Cross has been named to the “Women in the Law” list by Michigan Lawyers Weekly, a best lawyer by Best Lawyers of America®, Trusts and Estates, and as a Grand Rapids Magazine Top Lawyer in Trusts and Estates. Cross has served on the Rhoades McKee Executive Committee as vice president, the Grand Rapids Community Foundation Advisory Committee, the Western Michigan Estate Planning Council (secretary), and The Arc Kent County (board president). She earned her degrees from Aquinas College and the University of Toledo School of Law.
