Two Warner attorneys named to ‘40 Under 40’ Class

Laura E. Morris and Jennifer L. Remondino, partners with Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, have been named to the Grand Rapids Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Business Leaders class of 2020. They will be recognized during a virtual program on  Oct. 28.

A partner in the Grand Rapid’s office and leader of the summer associate program, Morris is a trial attorney and mediator focusing her practice on family disputes involving trusts, estates, wills, powers of attorney, charitable gifts, guardianships and conservatorships.  She successfully defended the largest charitable gift made to a university in its 134-year history.

Twice recognized by Best Lawyers as Grand Rapids Trust and Estates Litigation Lawyer of the Year, she has been named to the Michigan Super Lawyer’s Rising Star list each year since 2013.

Morris earned her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and law degree, cum laude, from Wayne Law School.

Remondino leads the firm’s Holland office as executive partner and chairs the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. An estate planning attorney, this is the third time she has been named as a 40 Under 40 Business Leader.

Remondino has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America since 2013 and named to the Rising Star list by Michigan Super Lawyers since 2012.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

She was recently selected as one of the Grand Rapids Business Journal’s 50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan and was honored as one of Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s Women in the Law in 2018.
 Remondino serves as Board Chair of the West Coast Chamber of Commerce, as board member and the treasurer of Lakeshore Advantage Corp. and on the steering committee of the Foundations Endowments Family Office. 

She is a graduate of West Coast Leadership and Inforum Executive Leadership.

She earned her bachelor’s degree cum laude from MSU and JD, magna cum laude from MSU College of Law.
