Sprague selected for leadership role

Corinne N. Sprague, a partner with Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, was selected to participate in Leadership Grand Rapids.

Sprague concentrates her practice in corporate, securities and banking law and has extensive experience advising privately and publicly traded companies on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate planning and governance and compliance with federal and state securities laws.

She currently serves on committees for the Grand Rapids Art Museum, Grand Rapids Community Foundation and Confluence. She has also served on the board of the Grand Rapids Early Discovery Center and on various committees for the Grand Rapids Symphony.

Sprague earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude  from the University of Notre Dame and her JD magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
 
 

Thomas Sinas named as a Super Lawyer
 

The Sinas Dramis Law Firm announces the inclusion of ten attorneys in this year’s Michigan Super Lawyers list: Thomas Sinas (Grand Rapids); George Sinas (Lansing); Jim Graves (Lansing); Bryan Waldman (Lansing);  Stephen Sinas (Lansing); Partner Brian McKenna ; Steven Weston (Kalamazoo); and Kevin Komar (Lansing). Catherine Tucker (Lansing) and attorney Joel Finnell (Lansing) were recognized as 2021 Rising Stars.

For the fifth consecutive year, George Sinas is the only Lansing personal injury attorney included in the Michigan Super Lawyers’ ‘Top 100 Lawyers in Michigan,’ and one of six greater-Lansing area attorneys to be included in the Top 100 list.

Currently, he acts as Managing Partner at Sinas Dramis Law Firm.
