The Ingham County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section recently hosted “Refresh YOUR Recollection,” a seminar presented by Judge Joyce Draganchuk of the 30th Circuit Court and Judge Amy Ronayne Krause of the Michigan Court of Appeals. Both previously had extensive litigation experience and their presentation was from both the judicial and litigator prospective. They presented on complex issues related to hearsay, how to refresh recollection, impeach the witness, and use a past recorded recollection.
