American Bar Association publishes practical guide on immigration

The American Bar Association has published “Immigration Checklists and Practice Pointers,” a practical guide for in-house counsel, human resource managers, private practitioners and their staff.

This book allows practitioners to quickly find a rule and obtain immediate guidance on key issues. It includes:
