A Mona Shores High School graduate, Morano is excited to transition back to the Muskegon area after spending the first ten years of his career with a large law firm in Grand Rapids. Morano also has significant expertise in condominium developments, representing developers, associations and co-owners in creation and administration of residential, commercial, industrial, medical and mixed-use projects.  He has substantial experience in counseling clients on real estate finance, alternative energy and zoning matters.

In addition, Morano brings extensive corporate law experience to GGTM.  He assists entrepreneurs and businesses in organizational planning and forming new business entities and represents clients in the acquisition and sale of businesses.  He regularly represents and advises clients on governance, contracts and other general corporate matters.
