Lakeshore Art Festival accepting fine art and craft applications

The award-winning Lakeshore Art Festival is accepting fine art and craft applications for the 2021 festival. Please note, the festival dates have changed to Saturday, June 26 and Sunday, June 27.

The Lakeshore Art Festival is a juried show. Professional artists and fine art/craft coordinators serve on the jury and review each exhibitor application before they are accepted into the show. No buy-sell items are allowed. For this year only, exhibitors that were accepted into the 2020 show will be accepted into the 2021 without going through the jury process and contingent on space availability. Accepted 2020 exhibitors and new exhibitors will need to apply and pay the application fee of $35. If the Lakeshore Art Festival has to be cancelled due to COVID-19 booth fees will be returned but the application fee will not be reimbursed.

The annual art festival has brought between 55,000-60,000 guests, 300+ fine art and craft exhibitors, 20 food vendors, children’s activities, street performers and art installations to Downtown Muskegon. The festival ranks as one of the Top 200 Best in the Country by Sunshine Artist Magazine, has been recognized as People’s Choice Award: #1 Art Festival in West Michigan and as one of the Best Art Fairs in America by Since 2014, the Lakeshore Art Festival has brought in over $7.2 million dollars to the Muskegon Lakeshore area and supported a number of local non-profits.
