NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of three public hearings to be held by the Norton Shores Planning Commission Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. in the Community Room, Norton Shores Library, 705 Seminole Road, for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the following requests:

1. Fisher-Pawlowski Greenhouse is requesting a zone change from Special Use District (SUD) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 373 Seminole Road.

2. Nugent Sand Company is requesting a zone change from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to General Industrial (GI) at 2925 Lincoln Street.

3. Jackson-Merkey Contractors is requesting a zone change from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to General Industrial (GI) at 2491 W Sherman Boulevard.

4. Concept Design Studios, on behalf of the property owner, is requesting a Special Use Permit for heavy equipment rentals at 3455 Tanglewood Drive.

The City of Norton Shores is seeking sealed bids for the following projects:

1. Leaf Yard Waste Collection and Brush Stump and Log Grinding Services

2. Tree Removal, Tree Pruning, Stump Removal and Stump Grinding Services

Sealed bids must be submitted to the City Purchasing Agent, 4814 Henry Street, Norton Shores, MI 49441, no later than 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Bids must be clearly labeled. The City Reserves the right to reject any and all bids and will award the project in a manner determined to be in the best interest of the City.
