This is the second year for the Port City Criterium, a multi-heat bicycle race that goes through the streets of downtown Muskegon. In addition to dozens of winners, the race drew at least one well-known participant, Paralympic Mackenzie Woodring of the USA Team.

The winners of Cat. 123, include Bryce Nuiver, who also won last year.

Organizers are Heather Goss, Cathy Schroeder, Julia Miller and Brian Bangma.
