County officials help Habitat for Humanity

Oakland County officials took part to help build a home for Habitat for Humanity on Thursday, Sept. 9, in Madison Heights.

“This year the city of Madison Heights helped Habitat get enough funds through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and we are constructing three new houses,” LePia said. “We are blessed to have the county commisssioners out here helping us to lay out the walls and cut wood.”
