 Nemeth Burwell PC continued its Raising the Bar educational series with “Legal Strategies for Responding to Employees’ Internal Complaints” offered Wednesday, April 18, at the Troy Marriott.  

Taking part in the program were (left to right) Nemeth Burwell’s Anne Widlak and Terry Bonnette.  

“This seminar was designed to help employers first distinguish a routine gripe from a serious complaint as well as what they can do about it to create defenses to any potential lawsuits that might develop out of those complaints in the future,” said Bonnette.
