Firm hosts annual Law Day offering free legal services

Goodman Acker is giving back to the community as they offer free legal consultations and advice to all who attend their annual Law Day Event which takes place at their Southfield offices.

Attorneys from Goodman Acker as well as several other firms will advise on personal injury, bankruptcy, divorce, employment law, Social Security, immigration and even criminal matters. There is no charge to attend this community event and complimentary food and liquid refreshments will be made available by Tim Horton’s along with WWJ News Radio 950 and 97.1 The Ticket.

“We are so appreciative of how the community has supported Goodman Acker over the years, we want to continue to give back. It is essential that everyone has access to the legal system and this is our way of doing our part to achieve that goal,” said senior partner Barry Goodman. Goodman went on to explain that nearly a dozen Goodman Acker attorneys and staffers will be manning tables and tents outside of their Southfield offices which will provide the opportunity for all who come to meet one on one with a legal professional.

Goodman Acker Community Law Day will take place Sunday, May 3, from 10 a.m. 4 p.m. at 17000 West 10 Mile Road in Southfield. Everyone is welcome and no appointment is necessary. Visit www.GoodmanAcker.com for additional information.
