The law school’s Sports and Entertainment Law Society (SELS) and the Career and Professional Development Office hosted Haddad who oversees the legal, business and government affairs of PSE, the Pistons, and related properties and companies, including the Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre, Meadow Brook Ampitheatre and the Detroit Pistons Foundation.  Haddad spoke about PSE’s recent community focused efforts and engaged students with personal insights into the role he plays in PSE’s business expansion. He encouraged students to always do the best work possible at all jobs being performed. “It’s important to hone your lawyering skills in the position you are in so that you are ready for opportunities when they come your way," said Haddad.  Haddad also spoke about the FlintNow campaign, the Detroit Pistons' charitable organization raising donations for Flint residents. He thanked WMU-Cooley student Robert St. Cin, who is a Flint resident, for his work collecting water for the FlintNow campaign.
