Law library to host Westlaw training classes

By popular demand, The Adams-Pratt Oakland County Law Library is bringing back its Westlaw training classes on Wednesday, May 10. Attendees can sign up for one of two scheduled sessions that day: 12:15 to 1 p.m. or 1:15 to 2 p.m.

Attorneys and legal professionals who wish to learn how to use Westlaw for the first time or those who wish to have a refresher course in navigating the database are encouraged to attend the sessions. The classes will be taught by Denice D’Amore Fogle, a Research Specialist from Thomson Reuters.

All classes are free and are open to any Michigan attorney or legal professional. Attendees can register in advance by calling the Law Library at 248-858-0012 or by emailing oclib@oakgov.com.

The Adams-Pratt Oakland County Law Library is located at 1200 N. Telegraph in Pontiac inside of the Oakland County Courthouse. Attendees should use the Courthouse West Entrance to access the Law Library and come to the second floor.
