On Tuesday, May 9, Rochester Bar Association (RBA) President Martha J. Olijnyk (right), of The Miller Law Firm PC, welcomed guest speaker Frances Rosinski (left) who addressed the RBA during a lunch meeting at the Rochester Mills Beer Company. Rosinski discussed ethics and the grievance/disciplinary process in Michigan. She is senior counsel in the Litigation and Professional Ethics & Risk Management practice groups at Clark Hill. She previously spent 20 years at the Attorney Grievance Commission. Rosinski now services the needs of attorneys in grievance and disciplinary matters and provides ethics consultation to small and mid-sized firms.
