Legal Aid and Defender’s 19th Annual Moving Justice Forward Golf Outing took place Friday, June 16, at the TPC Michigan in Dearborn. Happy to welcome players to the event were (left to right) Linda Boss, Evetta Adams, LAD President and CEO Deierdre Weir, Theresa Diamond, and and Alicia Bembry. All proceeds from the outing support Legal Aid for Children and Families, the medical-legal partnership between LAD and Beaumont Health. Since the program began in 2009, more than 2,000 children and families have received legal assistance and advice from the LAD attorney at Royal Oak Beaumont.
