Annual Barristers' Ball planned for April 7

The Wolverine Bar Association and the Wolverine Bar Foundation will host the 57th Annual Black &?White Barristers’ Ball on Saturday, April 7, from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Detroit Marriott – Renaissance Center.

This year, the theme is “The Past Remembered and Reclaimed” to reflect the WBA and WBF efforts to improve diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, ensuring equal justice and equal access for those in the community overall. Pipeline programming efforts, which include new scholarship, mentorship and job opportunities for minority law students and high school students, receive support from the Barristers’ Ball.
