The Criminal Defense Association of Michigan (CDAM) teamed up with the Macomb County Bar Association to present “Evidence Boot Camp B” on Thursday, Aug. 1, at the Macomb Community College University Center in Clinton Township. Speaking at the program were (left to right) Thomas Cranmer of Miller, Canfield, Paddock, & Stone PLC and Bernard Jocuns of Bernard Anthony Jocuns & Associates PLLC. The hands-on session looked at such subjects as witness examinations as well as admitting evidence, sentencing, and sentencing mitigation.
