Attorney Adomas Rauckis has joined Varnum’s corporate practice team, and is based in the Ann Arbor office.
Rauckis practices in the area of mergers and acquisitions while also assisting middle market and emerging companies with a broad array of corporate matters. He conducts due diligence in public and private acquisitions and provides documents in corporate transactions. He also provides general corporate counseling to businesses in various stages of development.
In addition, Rauckis practices in the areas of securities and corporate governance. He has experience drafting and reviewing reports required by the Securities Exchange Act and has led offerings in both the public equity and debt markets.
Rauckis is a magna cum laude graduate of Wayne State University Law School, where he served as Senior Articles Editor for the Wayne Law Review. He attended Eastern Michigan University for his undergraduate degree. He served an in-house counsel internship with Tata Motors in Pune, India and a legal externship with the Internal Revenue Service in Detroit.
