The Washtenaw County Bar Association will hold its annual awards dinner and election on Thursday, May 19, at Weber's Inn in Ann Arbor.
The social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.
Award recipients include:
--Liberty Bell Award: Wendy Raymond, Tappan Middle School educator;
--Patriot Award: Bridget McCormack and David Moran, University of Michigan Law School, Michigan Innocence Clinic;
Professionalism and Civility in the Practice of Law Award: Roger Chard, Chard and Lloyd.
In addition, there will be a recognition of pro bono contributors; election of officers and directors at large; and the administration of the oath of office to incoming 2011-2012 Board of Directors.
