Robinson remembered

 The James K. Robinson Scholarship Committee and Wayne State University Law School hosted a special evening to celebrate the life of James K. Robinson on Thursday, Oct. 18, at the Detroit Athletic Club.  

Happy to welcome guests to the event were (left to right) Wayne Law Dean Robert Ackerman and Marietta Robinson of the James K. Robinson Scholarship Fund Committee.  

Proceeds from the evening will be used to supplement the James K. Robinson endowed scholarship fund.  

James K. Robinson, ’68, former partner at Honigman Miller, former U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan, former U.S. assistant attorney general, and the seventh dean of Wayne Law, passed away Aug. 6, 2010.
