Criminal justice reform explored

The American Constitution Society (ACS) lawyer chapter and student chapter hosted a criminal justice reform event featuring Valerie Newman (second from left) of the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, Conviction Integrity Unit, on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Discussions covered criminal justice reform, the Central Park Five case, along with insight from exoneree Aaron Salter (far right).
