Hollingsworth is honored as ‘Up and Coming’  2023 lawyer

Kelly R. Hollingsworth, a partner withWarner Norcross + Judd LLP, has been honored by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as one of its “Up and Coming Lawyers” for 2023. Along with 21 others, she will be honored during an awards luncheon April 21 in Detroit.

Based in Warner’s Grand Rapids office, Hollingsworth concentrates her practice in technology and data privacy.

She is the chair of the firm’s Engagement Committee and co-chair of the Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Group. She is also a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. 

Hollingsworth also serves on the board of local nonprofit The StoreHouse and volunteers with several other West Michigan nonprofit organizations.   

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and JD,  cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.. 

 

Hatch joins Butzel’s Grand Rapids office

Construction law attorney Daniel J. Hatch has joined Butzel’s Grand Rapids office as a Shareholder.

Hatch also practices in the areas of business law, tax law, insurance recovery and advisory, and commercial litigation. 

He has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2019-present. 

Hatch is a summa cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law (J.D., summa cum laude, 2014) where he served as an associate editor of the Michigan State Law Review.

 He earned a B.A., in Business, magna cum laude, from Grand Valley State University.
