Wayne State University Law School hosted a moot court event for a pending U.S. Supreme Court case recently in the Law School’s Spencer M. Partrich Auditorium. The mock argument addressed Berghuis v. Thompkins, a case that was argued before the Supreme Court on March 1. Serving as Supreme Court Justices for the moot court were (seated, left to right) Professor Anthony Dillof, Professor Robert Sedler, and Adjunct Professor John Engstrom; along with (standing, left to right) Adjunct Professor Ken Mogill, Professor Jonathan Weinberg, attorney Carole Staynar, and Adjunct Professor Leonid Feller.
