Mentoring 'newer' attorneys

The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, began its 2010 Trial Advocacy & Mentoring Program for “newer” lawyers recently at the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit. The program provides attendees an opportunity to obtain hands-on experience in fundamental litigation skills, working in tandem with judges and seasoned attorneys . Among those welcoming the “newer” lawyers on the first day was Thomas Cranmer (pictured), principal and managing director of Miller, Canfield, Paddock, & Stone PLC in Troy.
