The Rochester Bar Association (RBA) hosted Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Administrative Judge Mimi Gendreau (left) as she spoke on federal employment issues and the administrative law process at the RBA’s meeting on Thursday, March 11, at the Rochester Mills Brewery in Rochester. Welcoming Gendreau was Christopher McNeely of Mittelstaedt and McNeely PC. Gendreau is the lead administrative law judge in the Detroit Field Office of the EEOC where she conducts hearings and issues decisions of federal employees’ complaints of discrimination pursuant to the regulations found in 29 C.F.R. §1614.
