The University of Detroit Mercy Law Review presented its first live symposium titled “The Future of Michigan No-Fault Auto Insurance” recently at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Taking part in the symposium were panelists (left to right) Jim Gross of Gross & Nemeth PLC; George Sinas of Sinas, Dramis, Brake, Boughton, & McIntyre PC; and Jim Mellon of Mellon, McCarthy, & Pries PC. The UDM Law Review welcomed practitioners and legal scholars as they interpreted issues, concerns and benefits of Michigan’s unique No-Fault system. No-Fault insurancehas many issues at the forefront of legislative debate. The Michigan Supreme Court currently has docketed some issues for review also.
