SBM Paralegal/Legal Assistant Section seeks award nominations
The State Bar of Michigan (SBM) Paralegal/Legal Assistant Section seeks nominations for the monthly "Shining Star" awards to honor paralegals who have gone above and beyond what is expected of them professionally by contributing to charitable and community service organizations.
Shining Star nominations will be entered into a pool of applicants, from which one nomination will be drawn at random each month. The person whose nomination is drawn is honored as the monthly Shining Star on the Paralegal/Legal Assistant Section webpage and in the Michigan Paralegal Newsletter. Each Shining Star will receive a congratulatory certificate and a gift card.
Members can submit their nominations at http://www.michbar.org/paralegal/shiningstaraward.cfm. Winners and nominators will be notified before their stories are published.
