The Michigan Association for Justice recently conducted a “How To” Workshop at the offices of Fieger, Fieger, Kenney, Johnson & Giroux in Southfield. Among those taking part in the workshop were (left to right) Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Shalina Kumar; Norm Tucker of Sommers Schwartz PC; Rebecca Walsh and Ven Johnson of Fieger, Fieger, Kenney, Johnson & Giroux PC; Linda Turek of Sachs Waldman PC; and Robert Williams. “Today is a seminar geared toward new lawyers, or young lawyers, to teach them checklists or fundamentals of all areas of trial practice, from signing up a client to trying a case,” commented Walsh.
