It’s time for that biannual rite of passage: the admissions ceremony for new attorneys.
In a unique admissions ceremony last Friday in Jackson, retired Calhoun County Probate Court Judge Phillip Harter, now “of counsel” with the Jackson, East Lansing, Battle Creek and Ithaca firm of Chalgian and Tripp, swore in a new member of the firm, Rachel Zapczynski.
