The American Jewish Committee (AJC) Detroit’s Attorney Division recently presented “Lawfare: A Growing Threat for Israel and the West” at the Max M. Fisher Federation Building. Welcoming fellow co-presenter Brussels-based Daniel Schwammenthal were (left to right) Todd Mendel of Barris, Sott, Denn, and Driker PLLC and Ken Gold of Honigman, Miller, Schwartz, and Cohn LLP. “We’re giving a presentation today on lawfare which is the use of laws in a manner of war which essentially allows the use of laws in democracies to be used against the democracies by bad actors,” Mendel said.
