JCBA golf outing to be held August 2

The annual Jackson County Bar Association Golf Outing and Picnic will be held on Thursday, Aug. 2, with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m., at Lakeland Hills Golf Course, 5125 Page Avenue in Jackson.
All participants must be at the course no later than noon. The game will include 18 holes, with a scramble format.
The cost is $28 per person for the cart and 18 holes of golf.
To sign up, contact Bob Matyjaszek at 517-787-0351 or matyjaszek@hotmail.com no later than Friday, July 27. You must provide your handicap for 18 holes when you RSVP.
The picnic will follow the game at 6 p.m. on the patio at Lakeland Hills. The JCBA will cover the cost of the food and any non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks are available for purchase.
JCBA members are encouraged to come to the picnic even if they don't participate in the golf outing.
