Access to Bankruptcy Court (ABC), a State Bar of Michigan Access to Justice program, hosted its Annual Charity Wine Tasting and Silent Auction on Wednesday, July 18, at the Empire Restaurant and Lounge in Shelby Township. Among those enjoying the evening were U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Marci McIvor (left) and Janet Ziulkowski of Ziulkowski & Associates PLC. Access to Bankruptcy Court is a nonprofit corporation formed by a group of Detroit-area civic-minded bankruptcy professionals to provide bankruptcy representation to low income pro se debtors in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
