The State Bar of Michigan International Law Section hosted its Annual Meeting from on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at the Detroit Yacht Club. The meeting began with the election of the new International Law Section officers and council followed by a luncheon, an afternoon of panel discussions, and a networking reception. Among those taking part in the meeting were (l-r) 2011-2012 Section Chair Margaret Dobrowitsky of Brinks, Hofer, Gilson, & Lione LLC; 2012-2013 Section Treasurer Daphne Short of Delphi Corp; 2012-2013 Chair-elect Reed Newland of Plastipak Packaging Inc.; 2012-2013 Section Secretary David B. Guenther of Conlin, McKenney, & Philbrick PC; and 2012-2013 Section Chair Jeff Paulsen of Paulsen Law Firm PLLC.
