FBA to hold doubleheader

The Federal Bar Association (FBA), Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will present its “Complex Litigation Seminar Doubleheader 2012” on Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 2 to 5 p.m. in Room 115 of the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit.

The program will begin with “Creating an Efficient Presentation at Trial in Complex Litigation” featuring a panel with U.S. District Judges David M. Lawson, Victoria A. Roberts, and and Mark A. Goldsmith.

The next half of the program will look at “Best Practices for Pretrial Proceedings in a Complex Case” featuring a panel with U.S. Magistrate Judges R. Steven Whalen, Laurie J. Michelson, and David R. Grand.

A reception with panelists immediately follows. 

Cost is $20 for FBA members and $25 for non-members.  Scholarships available to law students and others in special circumstances.
