Warner Norcross recognized as one of the top “Cool Places to Work”
The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has been recognized as one of the top “Cool Places to Work” by Crain’s Detroit Business.
Warner Norcross was ranked third among large employers for its commitment to work-life balance, workplace flexibility and excellent compensation and benefits package. Recognition on the list was based on several factors including communicating with employees, attracting talent and creating a positive environment. This is the third year the firm, which has six offices in the state, has been included on the Crain’s list.
“We are very pleased to be recognized by Crain’s as one of the coolest places to work in Michigan,” said Douglas E. Wagner, managing partner of Warner Norcross. “We recognize that our employees are truly volunteers – while they need to work, they make a choice to do so at Warner Norcross. We strive to provide a work environment where our attorneys and staff can have fulfilling and challenging careers by providing the flexibility to balance the demands and work with family and other obligations.”
Crain’s Detroit asked employees to nominate their company back in the spring. Companies receiving the best nominations by their employees were then given the opportunity to complete a survey administered by the American Society of Employers, which was further evaluated.
