Dickinson Wright expands presence in Phoenix

Dickinson Wright PLLC, with offices in Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Ohio, Tennessee, Washington, D.C., and Toronto, Ontario; and Mariscal, Weeks, McIntyre & Friedlander, P.A., based in Phoenix, announced today the combination of their law practices. In Arizona the combined firm will operate under the name Dickinson Wright/Mariscal Weeks. The combination was effective January 1, 2013.

Mika Meyers elects management committee members

Mika Meyers Beckett and Jones PLC recently elected William A. Horn (Chair), John T. Sperla and Ronald M. Redick to its  Management Committee for 2013.
Horn specializes in environmental, oil and gas, eminent domain, water and riparian rights, land use and public utility law, as well as civil and administrative litigation, and has been representing and counseling private and public sector clients in these areas since 1982.
Sperla practices in the area of litigation, including personal injury law (with special emphasis in auto negligence and premises liability matters), general commercial litigation matters, construction litigation and criminal law (OWI/OVI, MIP and other drinking related offenses and drivers license restoration).
After working for 10 years as a project manager at an engineering and environmental consulting firm, Redick joined Mika Meyers in 2000. He practices primarily in the areas of municipal, appellate and administrative law, with a focus on zoning litigation, land use and riparian rights litigation, and also general civil litigation.
