Role of social media in litigation examined

THE SOCIAL MEDIA COMMITTEE of the Federal Bar Association (FBA), Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, recently held its inaugural event: a panel discussion on “The Role of Social Media in Federal Litigation.”  The program took place at the Auburn Hills campus of Cooley Law School and was co-sponsored by the school’s FBA student chapter and SBA student chapter.
