Butzel Long hosted the Thursday, June 27, meeting of the Detroit Chapter of Women in eDiscovery at the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office. Xact Data Discovery was the lunch sponsor for the program. Robin Luce Herrmann (seated, second from right), Butzel Long attorney and shareholder, was the featured speaker during the program. She discussed the impact of social media on business and an overview of emerging legal issues. The mission of the Women in eDiscovery is to bring together businesswomen interested in technology related to the legal industry and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and other businesswomen grow both personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support, and national recognition.
