Two Students Receive LSAT Prep Scholarships from Warner Norcross

Two minority students have received Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) Preparation scholarships from Warner Norcross & Judd LLP.

Nadia M. Last, a Grand Rapids resident studying communications/sociology at Northwestern University, and Lola Lawal, Texas resident studying political science at the University of Michigan, are this year’s recipients.

Now in its sixth year, the program provides scholarships for selected minority students at Michigan colleges to attend a study course designed to prepare them to take the LSAT, which determines entrance into law school.  Studies show that students who take LSAT prep courses score higher.

The LSAT program is one of two scholarship initiatives offered by the firm to promote diversity in the legal profession; the other is a Minority Scholarship Program.
