The Association of Corporate Counsel-Michigan Chapter presented “Preparing Corporate Witnesses for Litigation” on Wednesday, July 31, at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Troy. Among those taking part in the discussion were (l-r) LaTrina Edwards of The Auto Club Group, David Campbell of Bowman and Brooke LLP, Jennifer Kuchon Jousma of Ford Motor Co., Matthew Case of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Kelly Freeman of Meadowbrook Insurance Group Inc. What we’re going to be talking about this morning is preparing for corporate witness depositions with a focus on the 30(b)(6) deposition,” Campbell said. “The presentation is geared toward in-house lawyers — just helping them get their witness ready and be in a good position to present a strong face for the company during the deposition process.” The discussion was sponsored by Bowman and Brooke.
