What advice do you have for someone considering law school?
Someone once told me that law school serves as the “dumping grounds for lots of smart people who don’t know what they want to be when they grow up”—I agree with this, and advise anyone considering law school to: (1) know what you want, and (2) know why you want it before you commit to law school.
If you weren’t a lawyer, what would you be?
A short story fiction writer.

The Ann Arbor Farmer’s Market.
What is your happiest childhood memory?
Learning to waterski at age six on my tied-together Snoopy skis, plus the many summer days spent on the Lake Michigan shoreline.
Which things do you not like to do?
Grocery shop and all things related to cooking.
At Thanksgiving dinner, would you rather talk politics, religion or the weather?
Religion.
If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?
Every child would have a loving parent, and a full belly.
What’s your favorite animal?
Giraffes.

Likely.
What’s one thing you would like to learn to do?
Play the violin.
What is something most people don't know about you?
I’m a borderline germaphobe, married to a medical resident.
If you could have dinner with three people, living or dead, who would they be?
Tory Burch, Julie Andrews, and my mom.
What’s the best advice you ever received?
Do not allow fear to direct your choices.
What would you drive if money were no object?
A Tesla Model X.
Favorite law-related movie:
“A Few Good Men.”

Lululemon.
