Applications for U.S. Magistrate Judge being accepted
The Judicial Conference of the United States has authorized the appointment of a full-time United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Michigan at Grand Rapids, Michigan. Applications must be submitted only by applicants personally and must be received by close of business on Dec. 3, 2013.
Warner Norcross welcomes five new attorneys
Amy L. Fredrickson, who received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School cum laude where she was Order of the Coif and executive articles editor of The Wayne Law Review. She holds a B.A. with honors in international relations from Michigan State. She served as an intern for Michigan Supreme Court Justice Marilyn Kelly and as a consultant for Consulting Services Support Corp. in Troy.
Patrick M. Gunton, who received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School magna cum laude where he was Order of the Coif and an assistant editor/editorial board member of The Wayne Law Review. He has a B.A. in history from U of M and a secondary-education teaching certificate from Oakland University. He served as a legal intern with auto supplier Robert Bosch.
