Gov. Snyder signs bill classifying fire inspectors as police officers
LANSING, Mich. (AP) — Gov. Rick Snyder has signed legislation letting cities classify fire arson investigators as police officers.
Snyder’s office says he also signed a bill Monday that establishes a special volunteer license for retired health care professionals who volunteer at health clinics that provide free or low-cost medical services for indigent or uninsured people.
