Rhoades McKee has announced that it will relocate its law office to Riverfront Plaza, 55 Campau N.W., Grand Rapids, Michigan.
“Our decision to relocate to the Riverfront Plaza culminates an extensive evaluation process that included input from all members of our law firm. We’ve been a ‘downtown’ law firm since our inception in 1960 and have enjoyed being a part of the 125 year history of the Waters Building. Our firm is committed to downtown Grand Rapids, but concluded that the Riverfront Plaza is the building that best complements our energy, inspiration and culture” stated Robert C. Shaver, President.
With an anticipated occupancy date of June 2014, the firm will occupy the second and third floors and lease over 39,000 square feet with an opportunity for continued expansion.
Founded in 1960 by Dale Rhoades, the firm relocated its office to the Waters Building in 1961. After over twenty years of continued growth and business development, the firm moved from the first floor office to its current sixth floor space in 1983.
